The employees are disrespectful and unfortunately the worst branch of stc you can visit

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ والله ما يستاهل كذبين اشتركت في باقى بي 230 وقليل أنها 1000 دقيقة خارج الشبكة و 25 جيجا نت و2000 دقيقة دخل الشبكة وفي الآخر طلعوا كذبين وانا معي 6 خطوط شركات والله بلغيهم

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ احدى فروع شركة الاتصالات بحائل وهو مبنى صغير ملحق بمبنى الاتصالات الرئيسي .. وتقتصر مهامه على خدمات المشتركين بالهاتف الثابت والمتنقل الجوال وخدمات الانترنت .. الإدارة ممتازة لهذا الفرع لكن بعض موظيفه بالكاد يرد على العملاء وأعتقد أنهم بحاجة لدورات تدرببببة وغالبا ما بنجزوا معارفهم على عامة الأخرين .. أعتقد أن مثل هذا التصرف لاتقبل به الاتصالات ولا الموظف نفسه لو وجد نفس المعالمة تجاهه في إدارة أخرى .
