★ ★ ★ ★ ★ الموقع جيد وقريب من محلات مثل(المطاعم ومغسلة الملابس وأجهزة الجوال وصيانتها ومجمع تجاري)،وكذلك النظافة والخدمة لا بأس بها،ولكن دورة المياه تحتاج إلى صيانه بسيطة،بالنسبة لقيمة الإيجار الشهري للغرفة الواحدة مبالغ به جداً، وبالتالي فهو لا يتناسب مع مستوى المبنى و الغرفة إطلاقاً.
The location is good and close to shops such as (restaurants, laundry, mobile devices and their maintenance, and a commercial complex), as well as the cleanliness and service are okay, but the bathroom needs simple maintenance, as for the value of the monthly rent for one room is very exaggerated, and therefore it is not commensurate with the level of the building and room at all.
