★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ما انصح احد بزياره فندق حجزت من بوكينق وعندي حجز وكل شى وانا جاي من السفر ومعي الاهل دخلت فندق يرد علي العامل ما شى حجز وانا عندي حجز من بوكينق ويرسلني الى فرع ثاني ودخلت ويرد علي العامل نفس كلام كا شى حجز واتصلت بالمسوول ويرد علي روح فرعنا ثالث واخر شى ما يرد علي وغير ذلك تعامل موظف استقبال غير مقبول ابدا ابدا
 I do not advise anyone to visit a hotel. I booked from Booking.com and I have a reservation. Everything is coming from traveling with my family. I entered a hotel. The worker responds to me. Nothing is booked. I have a booking from Booking. The third and last thing is not answered to me, and other than that, the treatment of a receptionist is never acceptable
