التعامل ممتاز.. العيب الوحيد وينطبق على كل شركات التأجير في المطار أن استلام السيارة يتم من مواقف بعيدة ولا بد تنتظر باض الشركة يوديك للموقف
My experience with them at Madinah Airport is excellent.. A modern and very clean car.. The price is excellent (they had an offer) New Accent 2021 for 115 riyals.
The deal is excellent.. the only drawback and it applies to all rental companies at the airport is that the car is received from remote parking lots and you must wait for the company’s truck to take you to the parking lot.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ تم تسليم السيارة يوم السيت الموافق 11/12/2021 الساعة 3:40pm ، ولم يتم الغاء التفويض حتى اليوم التالي من تسليم السيارة وحاولت التواصل عبر ارقام الشركه ولم يتم الرد واطررت للذهاب مجددا لاحد فروعهم لالغاء التفويض بعد تسليمها بيوم كامل الموافق١٢/١٢/٢٠٢١ الساعه ٩:٣٠

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I did a reservation through rental car when I arrived on the same exact time their office was closed and no body there.Waitedfir 30 min with no sign that somebody is coming.I rented a car from another company with higher price .
Then I have to reclaim my rental
waiting time and money
Advise do not a deal with company does not respect commitment specially in airport where is the function should be 24/7
