★ ★ ★ ★ ★ للأسف فرق في التعامل وحالة السيارات بين فروع ذيب العاصمة الرياض وبين كل فروع منطقة المدينة وخاصة مطار المدينة .. تعامل غير احترافي وسيارات حالتها سيئة.
اضطريت اغير سيارتين بنفس الوقت عشان احصل سيارة تناسبني .. المشكلة في كل مرة يتغير العقد والفحص ولوحة السيارة وتتأخر في المغادرة.
ليش المدينة المنورة الوحيدة أغلب مأجرين السيارات ما يهتموا بصيانتها والروائح الكريهة اللي بداخلها. صراحة ولا على قد المبلغ المدفوع !!
اذا باستلم سيارة حالتها سيئة اقلها نزل من سعرها ولا اتحمل عناء الطريق. وإذا عندي عضوية الماسية ايش اعطيتني مميزات؟ لا سيارة نظيفة ولا تعامل راقي!!! أتمنى الإدارة تشدد الرقابة على فرع مطار المدينة المنورة وتاخذ ملاحظات العملاء بجدية أكثر.
Unfortunately, there is a difference in the handling and condition of the cars between the branches of Theeb, the capital, Riyadh, and between all the branches of the city area, especially the city airport.. Unprofessional treatment and cars in poor condition.
I had to change two cars at the same time to get a car that suits me.. The problem is every time the contract, the inspection and the license plate change, and you are late in leaving.
Why is Medina the only one? Most car renters don't care about its maintenance and the bad smells inside. Frankly, not the amount paid!!
If I receive a car that is in bad condition, the least of it is lowered from its price, and I cannot bear the trouble of the road. And if I have a diamond membership, what did you give me advantages? Neither a clean car nor a classy treatment!!! I hope the management tightens control over the Madinah Airport branch and takes customer feedback more seriously.
