Room was good
But few things were not fixed before giving the room to new guest,
Wash basin drain was choked
Garbage bins were not emptied
There was no electric cattle, it was provided later but it wasn't working, changed and again not working, third one was OK,
Room decor furnishings etc are good
Value for money a bit expensive it should include breakfast in this amount,
Best thing is that 2-3 mins walk to enter Haram from gate 4,,,
The problems I mentioned were quickly fixed so I still recommend it as a good option.

Rooms too old,, non renovated,, bathroom floods,, no house keeping,, even we asked for toilet paper and no naswer for 3-4times,,, no bedsheets/towel changes..
Lift poor,,,

Friendly Staff there.
InShaAllah If i came back Madinah i probably will stay in Hotel di Madinah.
