★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 5 * because of location gate number 6 and the building is new with most quick lift system more than 5 lift to cater to upper floors rooms are there upto 13 floor clean building as with all central buildings in Medina city rooms are a bit small compared to star hotels but visitors here come for pilgrimage not so much thought is given to amenities, 2nd floor is mezzanine dining hall for hajis
