★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went Dar Ul Eiman Al Nour Madinah February 2020 for 7 night. I booked two rooms. I went with "ideal Hajj and Umrah" FlyUni. Rubbish hotel. Toilet door doesn't look properly. Toilet comod dirty mark, it is not washable.
No wifi. Every day night time fire alarm goes on for 4/5 minutes, hotel staff & management team they don't know how to stop fire alarm.
When fire alarm goes on, LEFT gose automatically power cut. So people are stuck on LEFT.
Very Horrible Hotel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice place but the only problem is, their stuffs can’t speak English, not even little bit! Therefore they try so much to help their guests. As there are so many international visitors, they should appoint people with English speaking skill.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel looks fine but please dont go in to the washroom. It's very dirty and gross. The employees didn't bother with that. There's no Wi-Fi even though it said so. It's actually pretty good value and close location.? The employees don't have good English. It's fine honestly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad:
Rooms are much smaller than it seems from pics. Had a triple bed room, the bed area was no more than 20 sq. Meters, about 1 foot between each bed. The bathroom is very basic and tiny, and water tends to collect on the floor. The heater didn't work and the windows let a lot of cold air in even when closed (Madinah is 5C degrees at night in winter when we're there). Nobody speaks English here, only Arabic and some of the staff speaks urdu. Only 1 key card per room hotel policy. 2 beds were ok, 1 was lumpy. TV did work, but 3 channels available all Arabic. Overall the staff is very frugal and will tell you that it is not hotel policy if you ask them for anything other than what's already in the room, but ultimately did help with a couple of things.
Ok:
The staff is somewhat decent and helpful if you can communicate with them. It was clean enough in the rooms, did notice a few older stains on bedding but no smells. Location to the Haram is a straight shot by walking about 400 meters. There was a functioning hair dryer which helped on cold mornings after shower.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A good hotel if you like to share your room with four or more flies. The hotel guy told me not to complain because all the rooms had flies. He opened my door and turned off the lights and said they will to the door now.
Check in took half an hour. The man acted as if he had never served a customer before. When asked why it was taking so long, he was rude.
The one star is for the fly spray they let me use.
What dump.
But close to the masjid.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you are planning to stay mostly outdoors, this place is suitable for you. The hotel has nothing but the bed-spaces and the washing area. Housekeeping services are quite prompt though. They don't provide any WiFi services in rooms, nor are any electrical appliances allowed to be operated. I would strictly advise against staying at this place, for the rates they charge.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This hotel would make it to the top of my bad hotels list, though, price and location are great only if you want a place to sleep at night.
Staff needs huge improvement in the way they are handling customers. It seems none of the staff are experiences in the way they should handle customers in a hospitality industry. I did not appreciate the attitude nor the tone of the reception staff when talking to guests. Even though I stayed for 5 nights and requested 3 staff members to clean my room, I left the hotel at the fifth day with nobody came nearby my room to clean it. Needless to say, that my room had a dirty restroom with sewage smile and with broken water taps. Also, towels are out of age and torn.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff at the counter was rude. We wanted double bed but got 3 single beds and was promised a change in rooms next day but the staff rudely rejected their promise the previous day.
Parking is available but again very rude security and told me not to remove my car from the parking as it won't be available. Even when I went back and after removing the car he did not want me to re-enter the parking.
The rooms are okay and fairly clean bedsheets and towels but fixtures inside are worn and we had a leaky shower which flooded out bathroom for both days even after letting them know.
Although I understand it may be fairly reasonably priced especially during peak season but I would not recommend this hotel as the staff in the office and security are very unhelpful and rude. Rather pay a little more and stay elsewhere.
Main positive is the distance to the prophets mosque is really short compared to other hotels in this price range.
