★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst customer service! If you want a peaceful stay, DO NOT BOOK HERE!! Front desk is lazy! Very dirty rooms! They say they accept Visa but when you try to pay them with a card they want cash! It's a huge scam!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The management is very friendly and prompt in solving our complaints. But the hotel location is not very upto the mark. For ladies you have a very long walk from the hotel, which contradicts the purpose if taking this hotel because of its proximity to Masjid Al Haram. The buffet menu was also with limited options. The hotel is closer to gate number 6.
