★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our stay at the Taiba Madinah Hotel was great Alhamdullilah! The staff were really nice. Rooms were clean and Mohammed Mahdi and the team were very helpful. Mahdi's customer service was really good and professional, always helpful whenever we had any queries and most importantly he is respectful person mashallah. Alhamdullilah, overall a very good stay :)

Very lovely stay well worth every penny.
Pros: proximity to the masjid, awesome buffet, friendly English speaking reception staff. Our rooms got upgraded, hotel and rooms smell so fresh and clean.
Cons Toilet in room 1011 slow to flush. Takes ages to get enough water to flush and needs looking into.
Will definitely stay here in future visits

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our experience at Taiba Madinah Hotel was not a good one. Our suite had a lot of malfunctioning light bulbs windows did not close and the noisy street kept us from sleeping well also i had to call the front desk 5 times to get someone to change the batteries for the safe. Tried to change the dates of my stay and the hotel refused for no apparent reason! Will not stay there again for sure!!
