س	سطام العنزي on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ فااشل جدا من الصباح والكهرب يطفي ويشتغل والمكيفات قديمه واصواتها مزعجه والكهرب سيئ جدا والمسوق اللي حاط رقمه ما يعرف رقم الفندق يقول انزل للاستقبال شوف ايش موضوع الكهرب حتى تلفون للاستقبال مافيه طبعا مستأجر حمله كامله والخدمة فاشله حتى في حمل الامتعه والاغراض لا يوجد الا عامل واحد وسبب لنا احراج كثير... w	walaa almashad on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ الفندق امام موقف الباصات الشقه واسعه ٣ غرف وبها كل ما تحتاجه اسره كبيره من اشياء اساسيه بسعر مناسب ليست ذات تشطيب فاخر لكنها تؤدي الغرض مجموعه الاستقبال محترمين ومتعاونين واخص ا سامح وثامر وعبدالرحمن اشكر الاخوه جميعا The hotel is in front of the bus stop The apartment is spacious 3 rooms and has everything you need for a large family of basic things at a reasonable price It's not luxurious, but it does the job The reception group is respectful, cooperative and private Sameh, Thamer and Abdel Rahman Thank you all brothers
م	مجازف السويدي on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ اسوء تجربه صراحه انا مادري من المشرف عليهم من الوزارات لكن بشكل عام مكان مخجل جدا وينقل صوره سيئة لضيوف بيت الله لا نضافه لا اثاث لا مكيفات لا دورات مياه اكرمكم الله مافيه شي اقدر امدحه للامانه الا موقعه ووجود الباصات وسهولة الوصول للحرم هذي حسنه الوحيده فقط ماعدا ذلك كل شي سئ واتمنى اي مسؤول او له يد او يعرف احد يقدر يحدث تغيير في وضع هذا الفندق المخجل ان يباشر فورا لان وضعه مزري جدا وريحته صرف صحي اكرمكم الله واثاثه مكسر وقديم وسباكته ودورات المياه عفانه والتكييف فاشل والارضيات مقرفه وماقعدت الا ساعات وشفت كل ذي المصايب ولو طولت وربب اني موقع انة بتطلع فضايح اكثر بكثير هذا تقيبمي ويعلم الله ان المقصد التطوير والتحسين و رفع كفاءة الضيافه ومتحسين مستواها خاصه وان السياحه الدينيه من مستهدفات رؤية2030 فما بالك اذا الضيوف ضيوف بيت الله الحرام الي ملكنا اطلق على نفسه خادم بيت الله ونجد من يسىئ لهذه الخدمه للاسف The worst experience, frankly, I do not know from the supervisors of them from the ministries, but in general it is a very shameful place and transmits a bad image to the guests of the House of God.
