โ โ โ โ โ I booked a reservation for 4, we were coming from the Capital of KSA. It was too disappointing when we arrived at the premises and told the receptionist about our reservation and was asked to wait for 10 minutes but all she had done was to chat with the security about nonsense. Then get back to her after a couple of minutes and presented her our reservation number and we were asked to cancel our reservation on her end without explanation or whatsoever, we agreed on it as we were too tired from our wayโฆ.but it is just not acceptable that we were treated as nobody. About the rooms? Do not believe for what u see on any booking sites.
