★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Maasaat al aseel , Stayed on 14th floor needs to correct the direction of room numbers other than that It was clean , fridge , ac , kitchen stuff , bathroom stuff every thing was good , and it is very easy to travel to Al Masjid Al Haram with free transport .

Very small rooms.

No one cares at all.. No room service at all. I stayed in Room 2221 and believe me nothing worked..
Tea maker - Broken (Complained and was told sorry its not our fault)
Fridge - Broken (Complained and was told who cares (Exact answers)
No wiper in Bathroom - exact words were its not my problem who cares.
Telephone set - Been told will come tomorrow since 2 days now
The bathroom are so smal and dirty person cant even get in easily, This isnt a 3 star hotel its a 1 star hotel..
Beware THEIR IS A HUGE NETWORK ISSUE NO SIGNALS ON FLOOR 12

We can buy food and coffee inside the hotel, we can buy some clothes and cut our haur after umrah inside the hotel too
Near this hotel we can find some restaurant, some minimarket and just 2 minutes from pedestrian tunnel if we want to go to masjidil haram with shalawah bus
We can also find money changer and go to pharmacy near the hotel

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice hotel. Location is good. Easy bus facility for haram and nearby shopping centre and saloon and restaurant. Clean rooms with adequate facility. Cost wise is also a good option.

Could be better if the kitchen area was bigger with door for the bedroom.
Plus there is no wifi reaching the rooms except the reception lobby. So that's a minus too. Other than that, a decent place to stay in.
