★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wi-fi connection in rooms is weak, you've to stay at lounge for internet. Bed lenght is short (I'm 1.83 cm and my feet are ouside of bed).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My family stayed there in Ramadan and it is a decent hotel, one of the best things during Ramadan is that you can get public transport directly to the Holy Mosque from there during the peak season as Ramadan which is cheap and convenient !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hotel is OK. But problem is that they told us to go haram Sharif from hotel by bus free. But sometimes bus charged. Location is fine. Can go any historical place easily. Nearly bengali flavour restaurant.

I stayed in peak season i.e; Ramazan and I was surprised to see the cleanliness of the room. It was up to date for a person coming after 16 hours of travel.
I booked twin room but they provided me a room with 3 beds without any extra charges.
Haram is around 2.5 km but you will.find saptco buses Everytime for to and fro transportation . . They make the travel very easy from hotel to Haram.

Clean. But small issues like shower fountains water pressure etc but nothing too big. It's located a bit far from masjidul haram. So they provide buses so you can go to masjidul haram.
