Worst hotel ever .. Zero room service Zero service at all even when u call them they never answer If you asked them in reception to send Someone to clean your room they will say ok but they talk as a joke and no one will clean your room For me i swear this is the worst hotel I ever Visited

I must say hotel is good. Shuttle service to haram is available.you may find Few pakistani resturants round the corner. Its 10-15 mins drive to haram from hotel. What bothered us was the room service. I wish i could post the video when we mopped our room ourselves. Bengali workers only need money. We stayed here for 3 days, i will post the video what room we got how dirty it was. I wish i could show u dirty bedsheets. If theyvimprive their room service it could be a better place to stay. Beside that u will find excellent internet connection.

مناسب للذي يبحث عن الراحه والخدمات القريبه السعر المناسب الهدوء والنظافه وتعدد خيارات الغرف مكان مناسب جدا للعائلات او لمجموعة شباب وذلك لوجود خيار الغرف الثنائيه والثلاثيه والرباعيه مما يعطي للساكن الراحه الكامله في الغرفه وموقع الفندق مناسب من حيث قربه من الحرم المكي وتوفر الخدمات قرب الفندق من مطاعم وصالونات وبقالات وصيدليه والمغاسل وامام الفندق وسيلة المواصلات الرئيسه للحرم المكي استمتعت باقامتي جدا ولله الحمد وكانت الغرفه يتم تنظيغها يوميا وطاقم الخدمه متعاون جدا والسعر كان جدا جدا مناسب كل شي كان في احسن حال

Hotel is good. Here you can find Pakistani Cooked Food at very economic rate. Interior is also good. Shuttle service can take the pilgrims to Masjid Haraam. Rooms are air conditioned and washroom are good of second rank.

Very nice hotel room, fully equipped, good furniture , wide bathroom , modern elevators Really my family and me enjoy being there

Not bad to the price, have some cleaning issues, 5 SR to Haram

The hotel is pretty much like the average other hotels in the same area which is mahbas al jin. The receptionist was a pretty chill and cool guy who helped us get check in quickly. The reception are looks amazing and it let's you experience a bit of luxury of a 4 star hotel. The hotel had it's own parking garage which is amazing and it's like 3 stories for the hotel residents. The elevators had one down but it was ok and it had like a sign which would tell you what floor has what which was extremely useful of course. The hotel room itself was good and clean. Personally I think it could've been a bit better. The bed sheets were not put correctly which gives away a bit of the inexperienced side of the hotel workers. And the tv was not working and it needed a bit of fiddling around to get it to work. Cleanliness whise the hotel room was pretty neat and clean. The view from the room wasn't that great for the room we were in but it was ok. Talking about service they were pretty quick. But in the bathroom they only gave us 4 shampoos in a 5 bed room and that was really annoying. There is a restaurant in the hotel too which we didn't get to try. There is a bathroom in the reception area but it had a light out which the receptionist couldn't fix unfortunately. You can always ask for another lock card incase you need to cards for the room. Checking out was as easy as checking in and the taxis always knew were the hotel is so we didn't have any massive issues really.

Room no. S-15 was good, clean and organized included services tv, refrigerator, boiler but missing tea bags or sugar. Toilet shower does not have shower cabinet so water was everywhere when using shower. You have to clean yourself. Receiption people were very professional very friendly and helpful. Hotel location is very good to take taxi to Haram mosque for 10- 15 SR in 2022. So in general good experience but they must fix this shower issue.
