★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I do Travel a lot for my work and by far this is the worse experience i had in a Hotel, no room service, no cleaning, no phone extension at room, internet were down all the time and the rooms were very small and basic, the advertisement pictures give totally another expression of the hotel, all fake. this hotel is not recommended at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst ever experience mecca in this hotel. I booked room at 7am. There was ac problem. After many complains no solution. There was another room available. But they said cleaner is not available. I was so tired after long travel with family and wanted to sleep. There behavior was unprofessional. I asked for money back. They refused. No money back. No cleaners in hotel. There was one bangali, with stupid behavior. At 12pm they give us another room. Room door lock card was not working. Every time we have to call them to open room with master card. Washroom door was locked also. Small and dirty rooms. Many other people were complaining about ac and Sanitry issues. No phone extension. There was only one way to enter hotel parking and most of the time maroor was there. He was not allowing people to enter hotel parking.result is 0/0
