Clean wide rooms .
No food even water not available.
No near shop or restaurant.
Easy taxi to Haram 10 Riyals.
Better to bring food stuff with you to save time.
Hotel on mountain site .
Internet available.
No shuttle service or any other drive service from hotel .
Parking available mostly.

Just bear the uphill/downhill walk and be careful if with kids.

We booked a room from booking.com and we got a fair price...
The hotel was like 5 min. far from the haram plaza by taxi of course...
Which will cost around ten Saudi Riyals...
The problem in the location is it is way up hill...
The hill it's on is quit steep!!!
The services are not excellent nor bad...
The guy on the counter in the morning shift is amazing he is so nice and offers extra stuff...
But! The employee on the night shift is not quite as nice...
And we had a few lock issues were we got locked out if the room but it was fixed in like five minutes...
The room was nicely done but the boiler was not as clean...It was rusty!!!

Hotel in high place. Difficult to reach on hotel by walk.
Bathroom wasn't good.drainage system in bathroom wasn't too good.
Not recommended who don't have car. If you don't have car please don't book the hotel.
Staff is ok.

Location is good . 20sr taxi of careem to Haram takes 15min
Room was good for just sleep or rest after doing your Umrah. No private parking but there is parking spots infront of the hotel.
A/C was little loud

-up hill area difficult area.
-No parking available in busy days or may be weekends.
-"Very bad bathrooms, it should be negative points(i checked 2 room)"
-u can not get taxi from outsid the hotel.
beds were comfortable.
managment is trying but i guess owner has no interest in maintenance.
i will never try this hotel again inshallah.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rooms are spacious,enough space to put your food items and clothings.well organized kitchen space but kettle ,hotplate and electric switches of kitchen space are not working. All is good but only problem is getting a cab for Haram,if it was near to Haram, its the best hotel...
