★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comfortable , clean , wide room .is a splinded kitchenette . light with wide outside view . Gentle , nicly and freindly reception . Delicious breakfast and excellent .
This is second time i came here .. i spent 3 month before . I didn't see better than this accommodation in Jeddah . i am for long term in staying here again . now is 5/6/2020 . I will mark more than ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ if available .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A relatively new hotel. But the rooms are spacious and clean. The kitchen set is a plus if you need to reheat your dinner. Wifi is available with good connectivity. Not bad for a newly opened hotel.

The rooms where wide,clean, full of light so was the bathroom
I liked that there was a microwave in the kitchenette pretty much helpful
Also the staff were friendly and helpful
And I really liked the price so please please don’t make go higher

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very clean hotel with great service. I rated 4 only to the fact that they need to have a restaurant or at least some variety of sandwiches at the coffee shop.
Awesome front office staff and I hope this hotel will stay at the same professional and cleanness as it would be my first choice when coming to jeddah for Family’s visits

What really hate us when the reseptionest act like she is stupid and can't help very bad experience nasren and her friend or what ever.
I was complaining about a room with noises and she says oh we didn't receive any complaints before so I can't believe you. If you want you can upgrade with a fee or you can leave.
Mr Majed was the logo of good customer service in this hotel.
