★ ★ ★ ★ ★ اخذت منهم غرفة وليوم واحد لايزيد
*الستارة غير ساررة للشمس
*الغرفة اللي جنبي ازعااج وكل سوالفهم عندي اسمعها هم وبزرانهم وصراخهم
*الموية انقطعت من صحيت الساعه ١٠ صباحا الى الساعه ٣ حاليا مااشتغلت
تأخرت عن اشغالي واحرااج والحمام قلبناه عيشتنا كأننا في البر بقوارير الموية نغسل
في الاخير مافي موية
وجابو لنا جراكل ماء للحمام ونتروش به !!
لن تتكرر
 I took a room from them for one day, no more
*The curtain is unpleasant to the sun
* The room next to me is annoying and all their sideburns I have, I hear them with their beeps and screaming
* The water was interrupted from 10 am to 3 am, I am currently not working
I was late for my work, I was in embarrassment, and the bathroom turned around. We lived as if we were on land with water bottles washing up.
In the end there is no water
And they brought us a water bottle for the bathroom and sprayed it!!
Will not be repeated

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ الموقع جيد مستوى النظافة لا بأس بإستثناء دورات المياه أكرمكم الله كانت هناك حشرات خلف المرحاض وبعض اكسسورات الدورات غير صالحه
مواقف السيارات غير كافية .
مراتب الأسرة غير مريحة في النوم .
موظفي الاستقبال بحاجة دورات تأهيل بكيفية فن التعامل مع العملاء .
أفضل استبدال الفرن بمكروييف لأننا في سفر ولسنا بحاجة لعمل صينية مكرونة بالبشميل
The location is good, the level of cleanliness is fine, except for the toilets, may God bless you. There were insects behind the toilet and some of the bathroom accessories were not valid.
Car parking is not enough.
Bed mattresses are uncomfortable to sleep in.
Reception staff need training courses in the art of dealing with customers.
I prefer to replace the oven with a microwave because we are traveling and we do not need to make a tray of pasta with bechamel

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Arac’s location is so convenient. It’s close to most of the restaurants, groceries, pharmacies and Lu Lu Hypermarket is just a walking distance. It is a hassle-free place, where you can be on the free highway within 2 minutes to the heart of the city or the beautiful beach and back to your Arac apartments.
The staff are very kind, friendly and welcoming. They are so professional and timely provide all the help you might need.
I would recommend this property for families who would be coming to Jeddah for either vacation or work.
