★ ★ ★ ★ ★ الشقة نظيفة. فيها مكرويف ثلاجة مكيف سبليت. المنظر على الشارع جميل. تقدر تروح على رجولك بقالة و كوفي. وفية محطة قريبة جدا. كان النت فترة يشتغل و فترة ما يشتغل بس النت سريع. قد طلبت مناديل ما جتني اضن ما فهمني .
 The apartment is clean. It has a split air conditioner refrigerator. The street view is beautiful. You can go to your man's grocery and coffee. Faithful station is very close. The internet was running while the internet was running, but the internet was fast. I have asked for wipes on what I get.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ممتازة جدا من ناحية النظافه والترتيب وتعامل الموظفين راقي جدا بس العمال يتأخروا شي بسيط عند الطلب وليس باستمرار.
توجد اغلب الخدمات حولين الشقق من مطاعم وبقاله ومغسلة ملابس وحلاق...السعر 200 ريال ويعملون دسكاوند احيانا 180 ريال.
Very excellent in terms of cleanliness, arrangement and handling of the staff very sophisticated, but the workers delay something simple when requested and not constantly.
There are most services around two apartments, such as restaurants, groceries, laundry, and barber ... The price is 200 riyals, and they sometimes work for 300 riyals.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ اخس فندق حسبي الله عليكم طلعنا من عندهم ونسيت اغراضي وفي خلال بس٦ ساعات دقيت عليهم عشان ارجع اخذها بكل بساطه قالوا رموها وتخلصوا منها؟؟؟؟الله لا يوفقكم
The worst hotel. May God suffice you. We went out from them and forgot my things. Within 6 hours, I called them to go back and take them. They simply said they threw it and got rid of it???? God does not help you

الغرف يبغالها صيانه
والمكيفات يبغالها صيانه
ودورات المياه يبغالها صيانه
والعمال يبغالهم صيانه
والاستقبال يبغالهم صيانه
واذا عندك مشكله بغرفه ينقلونك لغرفه ثانيه عشان تكتشفلهم مشكله ثانيه وبعدها ينقلونك غرفه ثالثه عشان تكتشف المشكله الي فيها
نصيحه تاكدو من البيبان بعضها اي واحد يفتحها من برا ومالها امان

And the reception takes care of them

مشرف الفندق عارف انه الغرف يبغالها صيانه
وسباكه يأجرها عادي اذا النزيل اكتشف المشكله بالشقه يحوله غرفه ثانية
وبعض الابواب تنفتح عادي مالها قفل

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ الجميل في الوحدات السكنيه/ تعامل موظفي الإستقبال راقي و احترافي - الموقع - مساحة الغرف - توفر أغلب الاحتياجات في الشقه
الغير مرغوب في الوحدات/ النظافة تحتاج إهتمام أكثر- السعر بالنسبه للخدمات عالي - دورات المياه تحتاج إعادة تغيير- بعض بلاط الغرف يحتاج صيانه
The beautiful in the residential units / the treatment of the reception staff is elegant and professional - the location - the size of the rooms - it provides most of the needs in the apartment
Undesirable units / cleanliness needs more attention - the price in relation to services is high - the bathrooms need to be changed - some tiles in the rooms need maintenance
