The apartments are wonderful, clean and new, as if one of its housing and services is available around it, including restaurants, supermarkets, barbershops and laundries. They are very respectful and cooperative.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ اسواء شقق دخلتها لا نظافه ولا اهتمام بالشقق كنت اعاني من ريحة الحمام البيارات انشرت بالبيت كلههه الدروج كلها غبار الارض كلها وسخه والبيبان ي تتقفل واقعد ساعه لين افكه او ادخل الشقه بدون بطاقه خربانه شقق سيئه بمعنا الكلمه
The worst apartments I entered, no cleanliness, and no interest in the apartments. I was suffering from the smell of the bathroom, the berths were spread throughout the house, the stairs were all the dust and dirt of the whole earth, and the two doors closed and I sat for an hour to break it or enter the apartment without a card.

تخيل ان كيلون باب الشقه يفتحه اي واحد لدرجة انك تكون في امان الله مريّح آخر الليل وتتفاجأ بصوت الباب واحد يحاول يفتحه ولما تروح تشوف،تلاقي يد واحد من وراء الباب يسحب الحبل اللي يمسك الباب بالديكور وتلقى في الاخير اي واحد يقدر يدخل الشقه من دون كرت من دون اي شيءيعني لا تثق انك تحط شيء ثمين او انك تترك عائلتك لوحدهم في الشقه،النوافذ اي واحد يقدر يخش معها خاصة اللي في الدو الاول،خدمه تجيب المرض،تعاون وتعامل الموظفين سيء جدا جدا جدا جدا،يتصلون عليك عشان تجدد من الساعه 1 على تلفون الشقه اربع مرات وفي نفس الوقت واحد منهم يتصل على جوالك 5 مراات،وتقولهم متى الوقت النهائي للتجديد يقولون الساعه3 تقولهم اوك، الساعه 2:20 يرجعون يعيدون ازعاج الاتصالات،شيء لا يطاق،تمنيت اني رحت استأجر بدبل اسعارهم ولا صار معي الي صار،وحلفت اني ما عاد استأجر عندهم لو الامر فيه ما فيه..الاسعار يعطيك بسعر والاخرين بسعر ثاني ارخص ونفس الشقه ونفس المميزات بفارق كبير
