★ ★ ★ ★ ★ النادي جدا مو نظيف و صارله اكثر من شهرين او اكثر ما تنظف. الاجهزة مليانة غبار و كل شي فيه مو نظيف. مافي عامل نظافه واحد حتى يهتم في النادي و الادارة العليا مو مهتمين للنادي ابدا. غير عن كذا عمال الهوتيل كلهم يجون يستخدمون الحمامات و النادي عبارة عن فوضى.
للامانة موظفي الاستقبال و المدربين ممتازين و حاولو يحلون المشكلة هذي لان جميع المشتركين يشتكون بس مافي تجاوب من الادارة العليا. لذلك اتمنى من الادارة العليا الاهتمام بالنادي لان المشتركين لهم حق و دافعين اشتراكات عشان النادي تقدم فيه خدمة النظافه.
The club is not very clean and has been in it for more than two months or more. It has not been cleaned. The appliances are full of dust and everything is not clean. There is not a single janitor to be interested in the club, and the senior management is not interested in the club at all. Other than that, the hotel workers all come to use the restrooms and the club is a mess.
To the Secretariat, the reception staff and the trainers are excellent and they tried to solve this problem because all the participants complain, but there is no response from the higher management. Therefore, I hope the senior management will take care of the club because the subscribers have a right and pay subscriptions because the club provides the cleaning service.
