★ ★ ★ ★ ★ really disappointed with the service I went there to ask what is the problem why my account was blocked...they dont know also they just told mento call hotline...then when I call to hot hotline they told me I need to go to fawri branch... when I go back to customer service he really dont know what to do.... he just photo copy my iqama and atm and wait for 24 hours he will call then up to now no calls that's why I call again to hot line and he said that my account was block just need to update.... why fawri branch atfyat mall dont know know that
