โ โ โ โ โ Very poor service... Teller should be friendly but he is very nugger and he is very slow aside of that instead of doing his job he give more time checking his phone for snop chat and etc. It was so anoying... A very bad experience with this branch!!!!

The only thing that made people to come here is good rates.

โ โ โ โ โ Almost every transactions are failed. They dont know how to communicate in english even simple words, especially those local employee are having trouble with their work. The guy in the registration dont know how to do his job, always asking help in his colleague. Every transaction got 20-30mins with registration alone. They are'nt also giving respect to customers. I will not recommend fawri anymore, Enjazz is 100x better than this.

โ โ โ โ โ Good Response.. But very less employees in this branch especially cashiers only 1 guy is trying hard to transact our money.. if you will go here. you should minus your precious time almost 30-45 minutes. thank you. hope my feedback help's

โ โ โ โ โ Maybe I tell this is the worst branch I ever visit only 1cashier and sometimes theres no costumer service on duty . Cashier Guy is not knowledgeable about his work I transfer money to my bank account indicate to my paper but he transfer money to cash pick up how can I received it while I'm here in Saudi?? Then it took time and cost of transportation back and fort to settle.
I also need the money urgent.
