★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This tahweel branch was the worst money transfer transaction i have experienced in the Riyadh, if you transact to this branch it would take you 3hours to finished your transaction. The bank personnel and the cashiers are very slow,they do not have the sense of urgency, and worst thing I observed the Manager of this branch do not follow the priority of their clients, too long line but if coming saudis people they intertain first. This Manager do not know how to explain that should be fall in line whatever the nationality of the clients, all people coming in this branch should be treated equal.People working in this branch do not know how to give value to their clients.
I have experienced other branch in Al qassim very fast service...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Administration is very bad. No token system. No chairs for costumer.(Atleast for senior citizens). 1 or 2 counter only staffs available always. After 12'O clock manager not available in bank everyday. Atleast any one staff known basic english knowledge is better. Counter staffs always speaking with phone call using wireless earphone. So they are not concentrate costumer's talking. Staffs working very very slow. Please to monitor from CCTV footage. Please....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Selling rate of USD 3,7675. Bank clerk is so rude and like brick wall. I definitely don't recommend this branch. Dollar limit 2000$ more than this impossible which is out of rule.
