★ ★ ★ ★ ★ لا يمت الى البلح الشامي بصله ، البلح ناشف ومحشي بشوكلاته او فستق !! حتى الشيره التي تضاف معها وقت ما تحطها على البلح تبقى ناشفه
الى الان لم نجد احد يضبط بلح الشام مثل ما كان سابقا ايام ما كان اسمه طرمبه ( بلح الشام )
It is not related to Shami dates with onions, dates are dry and stuffed with chocolate or pistachios!! Even the syrup that is added with it when you put it on the dates remains dry
Until now, we have not found anyone who controls Balah al-Sham, as it was before in the days of what was called Tarmaba (Balah al-Sham).
