★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have visited this place today the water she was so rude with my and I have waited in the table more then 5 min the place was mostly empty the waters were chatting together and not giving attention to the customers however she treated me like bad customer like I’m getting this for free I’m paying after all it is not worth the price and visit ether.
I hope my review is helpful for you molten cafe and I politely asking you to train you staff very well before let them welcome the customs another thing I have gone from this cafe and went to another cafe who respects the customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This visit was really bad. Your product Molten Creme Puff is not listed above in your survey. I refused to eat soggy cold refrigerate pastry that was pre-cooked for staff convenience. This is truly poor service as your staff try to defend their shortcuts in providing a terrible representation of what I've eaten at Molten before. Shame on you for charging these prices for sub standard product. I will never visit your stores again
