Peace be upon you. I submitted my documents for attestation, which are the birth certificates of my children, my birth certificate and the electronic marriage contract, and so far I have not received a response.

Do you have to apply in the same country in which you reside? We assume that your country is in a war, and you reside in Egypt, and you want to go to Albania. Do you submit your documents for attestation at the Albanian consulate or embassy in Egypt?

The worst treatment is from the employee who responds and locks up while he is speaking. It is reasonable that he has a medium and an intermediary and he is bad, hahaha
