★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No one answers the phone and the worst security guard all he wants to do is talk on the phone. He offers no help and keeps screaming.
Update: got an appointment online and went. The lady worker was extremely mean and rude and offensive and i know that she was very rude and racist.
Update 3 years later: same incompetent employees. Screaming at the phone and harassing people in an unprofessional manner. No help. Never seen such a level of unprofessionalism.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They don't answer the phone calls and emails. Their representative (VSF global) is one of worst places you can imagine. The visa application is so complicated and primitive. Every single information has a separate paper form. No online forms whatsoever. Come on Austria, we are in 2022 and you are still requiring papers. Yemen has online visa application form!!! Not to mention the limited appointments slots and the long processing time. I cancelled my trip to Austria and dropped it from my travel list forever. I have impression that it is lagging behind the other European countries. Not recommended at all.
