★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely useless. You are on your own if you are british and living in Riyadh. There are no English people even working here. No real services are provided and they do not respond to your calls or emails. Better off going back home to the UK for any help if you need it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I can save you 20 min and a phone call. 'Check their website'. Pretty much the answer to every question they get asked... They say it in a very professional manner though, so there's that. I'm not entirely sure why they don't just have 2 options in the answering system: "Check our webiste or dial the extension you require".
