★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We order often from here because it's conveniently close to home. However, 80% of the time they don't understand what you're ordering on the phone, (English or Arabic) they bring wrong order or they ran out of something. Almost every time they've run out of chicken shawarma for example.
As for the taste of the foods, it's just okay, nothing to rave about. Had we a choice of something better in terms of service and food taste in the neighborhood we'd surely go there. The waiters at the restaurant are very unprofessional, service is slow. One waiter was smoking right next to the terrace on prayer break. The frustratingly slow and unprofessional service takes away from the experience of being able to sit outside.

After long day of fasting I thought to give my family a treat expecting fresh delicious food
They sent me the wrong order and when I contact them they said they will check and come back in 20 minute which never happened.
At the end we decided to eat what we got.
The chicken tasted like just been boiled with no any cooking touch.
Deeply regrettable experience.
Only order if you want to punish someone.
