No such thing as scheduled appointments and patients should bear in mind that a one hour to two hour delay is the norm. Even if you have a pre booked appointment. I gave the benefit of the doubt first time around but have come to realization that unfortunately, this is the norm. Thier justification is that "Alot of people have appointments" suggesting they are double and triple booking appointments at the same time frame. A hospital should care for patient care and quality but apparently this one cares about patients number and financial transactions. Hope that Allah keeps me and family safe and never in need of hospital care as if this is the quality of care, it is extremely scary.

Worst experience!!!! I m Physician in a Royal palace and we admitted a patient for surgery. We asked them to get some advance in cash but they said you must pay all expected amount..we paid in cash all the amount...upon discharge there was some refund they have to give it back, but they refused to refund in cash and asked to bring an account no with proof of IBAN from bank branch.....i asked them while taking money you never refused to get it in cash, now why there's problem in returning it back in cash????the lady on the counter was also very rude as she is dealing in a polyclinic in BATHA..It wasted almost one hour for arranging this..in the end they said it will take 10 days to refund!!!!! i work in a palace as Physician and i will circulate a memo to all related palaces to us that don't send patient to this greedy hospital.....no respect....level of hospital is as a poly clinic in Batha

One of the best private hospitals in Riyadh. Great staff and excellent service. Lab services are super fast. Some doctors are better than other, so do your research before booking an appointment with a doctor. The pharmacy is huge and crowded at times, however the service is fast. You can have your prescribed medicine delivered to your home. They have an amazing mobile application where you can see everything through and contact the doctors. Overall, it’s my go to hospital for almost everything.

Complaint about Dr Babiker Elgerray (Endocrinology clinic Takhassusi). I’ve been a patient at your hospitals for more than 3,5 years. My patient number is 3064401. I have seen many of your doctors and have had for the most part positive experiences, however my visits to Dr Babiker Elgerray in Endocrinology in the clinic on Takhassusi street left me shocked and very disappointed. I saw this doctor on April 12 and then on April 17 2022 about a chronic endocrinology issue. The visit on April 12 was rather uneventful. The only thing I can note is that the doctor kept simply ignoring me; every time I asked a question he just was silent or started talking about something else. The follow up visit on April 17 left me in complete in shock and was the worst interaction I’ve ever had with any doctor in my life. I came there to discuss the results of a radiology scan I did on April 13. The results of the scan were very strange and incosistent with any other similar scans I did in the past. The doctor confirmed that the scan and the report were erroneous and that he didn’t trust it. To that I suggested that I redo the scan (even at my own cost) and ask the radiology department to be more attentive with it. To that Dr Elgerray said that he has not interest in having conflicts with the radiology department, and that I can simply forget about the scan and just do a biopsy to be sure everything is okay. Firstly, how come this doctor confirms there are, indeed, mistakes and inconsistencies in a medical report and refuses to raise this issue with his colleagues? This is unacceptable professional negligence! We are dealing with people’s health issues and if there are mistakes we can’t simply ignore them to avoid conflict with colleagues. Secondly, how come this doctor simply orders another procedure (in this case biopsy) which would otherwise not be warranted just to double-check that there are no big issues because the inital scan was not done properly? This is competely unacceptable and unprofessional. Thirdly, what’s the use of making a scan and receiving a report if this doctor then advises to “forget about it”? I’ve never in 20 years of following up on this endocrinology issue heard any doctor advise such nonsense. Precisely such reports help patients like myself follow up on the dynamics of the issue and if I “forget about” these reports then how can I ever know what’s happening? Moreover, Dr Elgerray was very rude with me. He was obviously angry with me for not simply agreeing to what he was saying. When I told him that I was not comfortable with accepting an erroneous report and simply doing a biopsy instead he practically verbally kicked me out of his room. He said that if I wanted I could go to radiology and figure it out on my own — but that would be my problem — and if I didn’t want a biopsy I should leave the room. I still cannot believe that in a clinic such as yours there can be a doctor who is both negligent and rude to patients. For your information, and to confirm the above, subsequently I visited Dr Rafif Farhat in the same clinic who advised me not to trust the aforementioned report of April 13 and ordered a new one. So she confirmed yet again that there were, indeed, mistakes made by the radiology department, however she chose to help me redo the scan instead of pretending that there was an issue.

They don't deserve even 1 star! Basically you will experience all kinds of bad services and bad attitude. Worst ER ever, don't be surprised to wait 2-3 hours without any doctor check on you. Worst appointments management ever. Worst insurance approval system ever. Etc.

Completely overrated. I paid to upgrade my insurance to have access to this hospital and it was the biggest waste of money of my life. We have had multiple appointments and waited over 1 hour each time past our slot. The new SMC is leaps and bounds better. Do yourself a favour and go there.

I’ve had consistently bad treatment, whether it’s severely delayed appointments to doctors handing out a diagnosis after only looking at me without an examination. This hit a peak when I was brought in an ambulance and spent over 9 hours in ER, most of it without seeing a doctor or being medicated despite having a double fracture. When I asked to be discharged so I could go to another hospital for treatment that I wasn’t receiving there, management sat on it for over around 4 hours during which I didn’t receive even a glass of water let alone a medical visit. On top of that, the attitude of all involvement was dismissive, lacking any concern for my state and any complaints we raised were dealt with rudeness. To add insult to injury, the medical reports I’ve received are written with spelling mistakes at every sentence and lack medical substance to be accepted elsewhere. The material was completely unreadable.

This is a hospital, we experienced the emergency procedures, there are some issues in processing the entry cases. Some patients could not be able to wait specifically the insurance approvals things. I’m giving one star since this is a very important place related to humans health and safety. I hope everything getting better here.
