انتبه من قسم الطواري مشرف سي جدا وغير متعاون وطبيب اخطى بجرعه المظاد وممرضه من الجنسيه الافريقيه اشك في مهارتها باخذ اكسجين المريض

مستشفى ممتاز جربت ثلاث اطباء ١- د. سيد كيزار ( دكتور متمكن وممتاز انصح بالتعامل معه) ٢- دكتورة المانية مختصة في التجميل لا يحضرني اسمها جدا ممتازة تابعت حالة طفلي المصاب بحروق في يده وتم علاجة بفضل الله ثم خبرتها. د السلمان ( لا انصح به )

موعدي ١٠ ولي نص ساعه انتظر محد فيه !! ترا احنا مرتبطين ب امور بحياتنا غيركم !!!!!!!!!

الموعد يلغى بدون علم المريض والاشعار يوصل للمريض قبل الموعد بربع ساعه!!! والاستقبال يقول انه اتصل بي قبل الموعد بست ساعات تقريبا ولا صدقتني الا يوم فتحت لها جوالي وشافت المكالمات!!!! عجب عجاب ?

فرع خاص لمستشفى سليمان الحبيب يختص . بالجلدية والتجميل . المبنى كبير ويوجد صيدلية خاصه بالقسم وفي نفس المبنى والصيدلية متخصصه بالجلدية بشكل اكبر واشياء اخرى . المكان نظيف ومرتب . لايوجد زحمة . يوجد كافي بالداخل . ماجربت هالفرع . لاكن ادري الاسعار عالية .

Worst hospital in terms of wait times, slow staff

Complaint about the Radiology department on Takhassusi street. I’ve been a patient at your hospitals for more than 3,5 years. I would like to express my discontent with the work of the Radiology department on Takhassusi street. I’ve used their services a few times throughout the past 3.5 years and till April-May 2022 I’ve always been content with their work. My last two experiences in April-May 2022 were disappointing though, and I don’t trust this department anymore and will therefore switch to a different hospital as my healthcare provider. On April 13 I visited Radiology for a thyroid scan. When reviewing the results with my endocrinology doctor (Dr Babiker Elgerray) we both concluded that the results were erroneous and the scan had not been done properly. The numbers mentioned in the report were not corresponding to the images, and the images were not sufficient for the doctor to get a full picture. I went back to Radiology and kindly asked them to review my scan results and possibly redo it, even at my own cost. The staff of the department, including the department head, were very receptive to my requests and were very polite and considerate. They looked into my scan again, adapted the report and assured me everything had been done correctly. They refused to redo my scan, even though I suggested it again. My second endocrinology doctor (Dr Rafif Farhat) looked into the scan and the edited report and also concluded it was not correct and had not been done properly. She ordered to repeat the scan which I did on May 7. The results of the scan done on May 7 are much different from those of April 13, all the numbers are completely incomparable, in the “Impression” section the advice is completely different and even the classification given to the lesion in my thyroid is different. So it is clear that at least one of these scans is erroneous. In addition, in the report of May 7 there are also mistakes and inconsistencies. For example, it shows the decrease in all the dimensions, yet the report concludes that there is an increase — so which one is it increase or decrease? What is the point of making a scan if the results are contradicting themselves? To conclude, I did 2 scans in the Radiology department, of which one was not done properly and the doctors even refused to consider it (and I’m not sure whose dimensions were reported in my results report), and the other one has mistakes in the report which make it inconclusive and contradictary to itself. In the end after 2 scans and many visits to endocrinologists I don’t have any clear information about my endocrinology issue and I lost trust in your Radiology department. I will switch to another hospital for both myself and other family members. I don’t have time to deal with this unprofessionalism.
