★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best offers and best professional care by Doctors and nurses. Especially to Dra Marwa. Clean and good ambiance. I would have given 5 for best service for my dermatological needs but for a full great experience I would like to suggest the reception staff could use some customer service training they are working hard and this is a compliment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very professional, I went to dr Abdulaziz alhendi and I’m very pleased with the results .. he is professional, humble and considerate.. also his staff especially nurse Nesreen and Madam Aisha who made sure I receive the best medical treat… even after the surgery they made sure I was in a good shape and health… I recommend them from the bottom of my heart … thank you so much

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First floor dermatology receptionists are respectful and considerate. Definitely affected my rating and experience as a whole. Unfortunately, laser (retouch) appointments aren't flexible. Once you book an appointment you can't reschedule. I paid for four sessions using gentle pro max but for some reason on my last session I got booked on another machine and they wouldn’t fix this issue.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place is clean and smells amazing. They have good offers. The receptionist is very sweet and nurse Samia for laser hair removal is more than amazing. She’s very detailed, honest, kind and professional. I didn’t have a great experience with another nurse so I don’t know if the experience depends on who you get.
