The price is not matched the quality.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This branch has two floors, where the ground floor is Dodiva regular chocolate store, and the first floor is their coffee shop,,
In the ground floor they have vast collection of chocolate choices, plus they have their ice cream machine and their own coffee beans,,
The coffee shop is a quiet elegant place, they have a great selection of choices, and their coffee and sweet are amazing,,
They are a little bit overpriced, and their celebration cake is a huge disappointment!!

The problem is.. one of your staff is not good and how to manage customer.. he is like angry.. please till to your staff always smiling.. so hot in Riyadh..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went there on a Saturday late afternoon because I wanted to try their ice cream. They do have vanilla, chocolate and mixed with cone or with a cup. I went for the mixed with cone. It was delicious but pricy. They have small seating area inside the shop. Parking infront of this branch can be tricky because it’s close to alhabib hospital but if you went little bit further more parking spaces are available!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Having Godiva chocolate was always great experience. Great chocolate, soft and tasty. We were there for chocolate vanilla ice cream and iced latte. Ice cream was chocolate sweet smooth combine with vanilla taste. Iced latte was also fine. The cafe ambience was great, silence and chill. Staffs were friendly. Only issue is parking.
We visited again this branch since my kids missed the chocolate ice cream. I ordered iced latte and butter croissant with Godiva chocolate. Great taste and feel fresh during this summer season.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered coffee, strawberry stick and some snacks.
I asked the cashier to have them dine-in.
Disappointedly, they served my with takeaway materials. I had to cut the box by my hands and get everything messy..
With the expensive prices, I was expecting proper treatment in return.
Maybe you’re good for retail services only, but do not offer dine in with such poor level of experience ??
