★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good chocolate however the prices are increased madly.... if you will take ready made gifts... you should come with your own items if you want to take gift so you pay only for the chocolate. Prices are increased in average by around 40%

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The customer service is terrible for the first time the the service at patchi is that bad in my whole experience at this chain no appreciation of the customers not even 101 trainee would know I ask for fill up order and suddenly "I can't I'm full of orders" I don't know what is happening in this chain in particular but I don't recommend going to it. shame on them
