★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I gave a one star, not because of the quality of the coffee which I always appreciate, but today I didn’t like the attitude of the barista and this is really a point Dose needs to consider as the different in the service level provided by their employees is obvious .

Although they need to concentrate more on quality of services and cleaning tables for people who are having the coffee ☕️ outdoor seating tables. The place was below average on terms of Furnuter quality are not reflecting the expectations. And mens room was not that good at all. Wish to take care of these things immediately before it’s too late ⏰

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff was friendly and courteous - thank you, guys and the others whose names we don't recall. All great. Delicious cake, and great coffee (they know how to make an espresso). We're an young couple and we were treated very well. That doesn't always happen in other places. We went there multiple times. Will go again whenever we're in makkah NOTE: they do not accept cash and debit cards

1- they don't have mugs for din in coffee
2- the variety of beans is not available.
3- shortage of sweets food.
Overall, the place has a good vibe and design yet there is room for improvement.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I liked the place because of some plus points. There are Non-smoking area, toilets for both genders. Tried their salt coffee and it was so good. Clear area with lots of female customers. I will try next time to go and read a book ?. Poor customer care in the shop.
