★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I understand it’s only a beginner one. Therefore, constructive criticisms will B helpful. So the pros, great atmosphere, nicely decorated with an artistic touch on them tables. Good professionalism from the front door staff. Cons, very slow with order delivery, hence very small place with limited tables some of which were empty. Man the staff who brought the order seems so depressed & unhappy. Not to forget he didn’t introduce which cup is which coffee type. Being a Barista I figured it out myself but not all your customers will. Drinks, We had hot choco., Rose Latte & Cappuccino. All of them were average. Chocolate Pancakes & Sticky Dates Cake, the Pancakes were good except you can taste the eggs. The Cake was good but no knives. Lastly, a very confusing entrance two doors with only one sign tag in the middle. So you won’t notice which door to pick! Until you walk to the middle.

I liked the iced Spanish latte and the honey cake.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is very comfy. I love their hot chocolate. Great for working on your projects. Music is relaxing, and the prices are reasonable. I've been coming here so many times during morning hours. Not sure how it is in the evening.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I gave them 2/5 only because the tables are good and their coffee was average. Other than that, they were NOT welcoming at all as they should be. Second, I don’t know how they have set their prices!!! The hot Americano cost 10 SR where the iced Americano costs 14 SR!!! Are you adding the four riyals for the ice? .. Not mentioning that they are only showing the price for the hot one where the cold one isn’t even listed in their electronic menu which they can easily adjust!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was a horrible experience. If you are looking for a comfortable place to enjoy your coffee, don't go there. The coffee is cold, and when you asked to made it hot, they refused. The staff who works there is not professional and so rude. The atmosphere is noisy. You can't hear your partner sitting at the same table. I will never recommend this cafe to anyone.
