★ ★ ★ ★ ★ لا احترام للزبون ولا أمانه في العمل اطلب من مرسول ويجيني المشروب نص الكاسه فقط ويوم أسال ليش يقول الي في المحل تقول مافي ثلج !!! حتى لو مافي ثلج تعطوني نص عصير ؟ تجربه سيء وخدمة عميل أسوأ دفعت مبلغ على المشروب اخر شيء يجيني ناقص عشان الي يشتغلون في المحل مافيهم حيل يسوون الطلب
No respect for the customer and no honesty at work I ask a messenger and he brings me the drink only half the cup and when I ask why he says to me in the shop you say there is no snow!!! Even if there is no ice, will you give me half a juice? Bad experience and worse customer service. I paid an amount for the drink. The last thing I get is missing because those who work in the shop have no tricks to settle the order.
