★ ★ ★ ★ ★ مشاءلله تبارك الله العياده جميله ومرتبه ونظيفه ودا اهم شي ومافيها زحمه ومرا سهلين في التعامل مع العملاء والمواعيد مزبوطههه احجز عن طريق الواتساب ويعطوني الموعد المناسب ليا وفاضي عندهم واجي على موعدي واخش بدون تاخير ولا حاجه والدكتوره بهيسه طبعا لا توصفها الكلمه والاستاذه بشرى سلسه في التعامل وجميع الاستف رائع انصحكم بيها ماندمت ولا دقيقه????

طبعاً دكتورة بهيسة من خيرة الدكاترة و الطفهم
و الاستقبال بشوشين و يتعاملوا باحترافية و دقة بالمواعيد
اقتراح بسيط : اتمنى ارسال تذكير بالموعد عن طريق الرسائل النصية او الاتصال

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ما انصح فيها والله انها من اسواء العيادات الي ممكن ازورها ولا افكر ارجع لهم لا احترام للعميل ولا مصداقيه والاستقبال معاملتهم سيئه جداا يعني جهاز واحد ويستقبلون عدد كثير و الموعد مافيه الا بعد شهر او شهرين واذا جيتهم ع موعدي اتاخر ساعه انتظار وفوق التاخير مايكملون الجلسه ويرفضون يكملون ويطلعون برا من غير تفاهم حسبي الله عليهم يعني فوق التاخير مايكملون الجلسه ! واذا تاخرت ع الموعد بدقيقه ما ادخل يعني هم عادي ياخرونك سااعه كامله عياده فاشله وممرضات واستقبال وحتى الاداره بنفسها ماتتجاوب معك بشي
بس اخلص الجلسه ولا افكر ارجع لهم مره ثانيه
نجمه عشان التعليق ولا مايستحقونها

I mean, above the delay, they do not complete the session! And if you are a minute late for the appointment, I don't enter, I mean, they are normal, they delay you for an hour. A failed clinic, nurses and receptionists, and even the administration itself will not respond to you with anything.
I just finish the session and don't think of going back to them again

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ البارح كنت عندهم دفعت مبلغ وقدره وزحمه جيت في رمضان من ٩ ونص ماخرجت الا ٢ ونص انا كان عندي موعد ١٠ ... مره مافي انضباط ولما جا دوري الدكتوره بهيسه غزت الابره بسرعه بسرعه وجههي كله ورم طيب ايش ذنبي وانا جايه من بدري وقبل موعدي تجي مستعجله وهوبا وتروح ماعطتني ولا خمس دقايق ولاعطتني مجال اتكلم لازم يشوفون حل للمواعيد ويكون تنظيم اكثر علشان الدكتوره تستوعب اللي قاعده تشتغل فيها ومنى حقت البشره اهم شي امدحيني في الانستغرام طيب اخلصي في شغلك وراح تشوفي ثمرة دا الشيء ...
