★ ★ ★ ★ ★ عيادة ممتازة وأنصح بها إذا كلن كل مريض يدخل بأخلاق غير حضارية وإنسانية ويلقي اللوم على الاستقبال والدكاترة فهذا يمثل تربيته واصله وبالنسبة للعيادة فجزاهم الله خير الجزاء. مرة حضرت انا ومريض آخر وكان في قمة الانحطاط وقلة الذوق وتخاصم مع موظفات الاستقبال من سب وشتم وكانت موظفة الاستقبال في قمة الاحترام ارجو من وزارة الصحة معالجة الأشخاص الغير صالحين للمجتمع الصالح والنظيف

وأيضاً ويوجد عندهم عروض في قسم الجلديه وعمليات العيون.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ عملت الوالدة عملية لإزالة الموية البيضاء السنة الماضية وهذي السنة أيضا عملية ثانية فالعين الأخرى نسأل الله لها ولجميع المرضى الشفاء العاجل .. لكن للأسف موظفات الإستقبال محتاجين الكثير لحسن التعامل وطولة البال والصبر وعدم النظرة بفوقية للمراجعين والله العظيم ماتحس بارتياح من طريقة تعاملهم ويحسسوك إنك جالس فبيتهم .. فيهم عصبية وبسرعة يتنرفزو .. الله يصلح الحال ويعين الجميع

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ كانت سيئة جدا، العيادة ضيقة وتغص بالمراجعين ومعظمهم من كبار السن، ولا يوجد كراسي للجلوس عليها..
أطالب وزارة الصحة في إعادة النظر في إعطائها الترخيص.. ما يحدث ظلم..
الممرضه التي وضعت قطرات توسيع العين لم تكن تهتم بموضوع العدوى، فلا قفازات والقطرة توضع لكل الناس.. خرجت الساعة الواحدة. وأنا الآن في العاشرة صباحا وعيني متورمة ولا استطيع فتحها في الضوء، ولا أرى الأشياء القريبة بوضوح...

لقد اجريت عمليتين لازالة الماء الابيض وذلك بتغيير العدسات الذي اثر عليها الضغط ، والان انا بوضع ممتاز مقارنة بين ماقبل العمليات وبعدها ولله الحمد
لذلك انصح الجميع بالمعالجه في مجمع دكتورة آمنة لأنها دكتورة نخبه وايضا لانه جاهز في كل وقت لاجراء العمليات
بحيث انه لايطلب من المريض ان ياتي في الصباح الباكر ، بل انه في اي وقت يكون المريض جاهز للعمليه بعد فحص عينيه وبموافقته تجرى العمليه مباشره ،
وهذا يعني اختصارا للوقت ولا وجود للتحضيرات السابقه .

Dr FELLATA AMNA only wants your money!!!! she gave my child such a strong correction that he ended up squinting -4/10 more. when she saw her mistake after we insisted twice on verification she refused unless we paid.
She nevertheless charged all visits over 300 riyals and no apologies or explanations. it's a shame when she was 100% wrong.
