★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a great buffet style Indian dining experience in Tandoor.
I was part of a big group which was well catered for and the food was delicious.
The restaurant was clean and spacious and we had a great evening here.
Well worth a visit whilst in Makkah.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went yesterday with my family to Altandoor. We chose to try the buffet and no regret because everything was perfect. The food tasted delicious, the decor was pretty and they provided a high standard when it comes to cleanliness and sterilization measures. In addition, the staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful, especially the guy who was taking care of us. Everyone in my family were happy and voted to visit this restaurant again, and we will inshallah in the near future. If I must, I would suggest adding some spice-free dishes to the buffet, for kids, though mostly are mild for my taste.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've visited the restaurant twice so far while visiting Makkah, once with a large group and the second time alone. Both times the service was superb (short wait time, responsive waitstaff and quick service), the food was delicious (I'm partial to their melt-in-your-mouth fried fish thingy), and of course the ambience was gorgeous with the perfect amount of privacy. I enjoyed the mixed platter as an appetizer as well as the butter chicken and naan with a mango mojito to drink. The portions are great and they're not stingy with the dipping sauce!
I want to shout out my awesome waiter from my recent visit yesterday night but I'm blanking on his name, I think it may have been Abdullah Hassan ?? He provided exceptional service from the minute I arrived to the minute I walked out Masha'Allah.
Nothing negative to say Alhamdulillah! It's far out of my way but I'll be trying to squeeze in another visit with a friend before leaving Makkah!

As soon as you enter, you will be impressed by the different colors and the very beautiful decor. in the middle of the restaurant, there is a ceiling full of umbrellas and it is very impressive. The staff is very friendly, and if you would like to inquire about a type of food, they will explain the ingredients. The level of cleanliness is very high and the tables are regularly sterilized and the dishes are wrapped on each plate separately. The level of cleanliness of the bathrooms is very high
The open buffet for lunch is offered from 1 to 5 PM and the open buffet for dinner from 5 PM to 1.00 Am, but the number of food items is not many, the desserts are very few, and the price per person in the lunch is 69 SR and diner 89 SR, and I think the price is appropriate.

- Quite place.
- Pretty good design.
- local average cost.
- Many types of food.
Dis-advantages:
- Not using air-curtains to block flies & mosquitoes.
- Delay in serving costumers.
- Waiters need more experience on how to put the dishes on the table.
- food is poor flavoured.
