★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is a very good hospital in the makkah city staf service is very good last month in ramzan my wife with me her feet was damage when we walking in the streets of holy makkah city and madinah munnahwarah city go to musjide qubah . Honourable doctors it is very good when I saw that for femal pacients only femal doctors and nurse's and for male patients only male doctors male nurse allah bless Saudi's Arabia and we are very happy and we pray for saids and all the muslims world amin

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fire HATAN . Very bad employee of this hospital . Smoking cigarette inside . Where there is a banner on no smoking and also a fine upto 200 riyals . One of the rudest employee I have ever seen in my life. He was also staring the ladies out there in a bad manner. I would not take mu mom or sis there . A request to all my fellow Muslims . Not to visit this hospital. There are many other hospitals that you can go in Mecca bit not this one . Despite of me also working in a medical field . Even the doctors don't know what is systolic and diastolic blood pressure . Lol. . I even doubt .the th are doctors there .. if you want a better treatment . Please don't go there . Or else you are mostly welcome to die ..

Regretly, the pharmacist just give me 2 drugs instead of 3... Tough i knew the doctor give me 3 drugs on prescription... And she explain as if i didnt know that i should get 3 drugs... 3-|

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst.lost my mother there. Dr Imran neurophysician during his duty in icu on seeing some irregular parameters of her heart instead of consulting heartspecialist and pulmonologizt inserted ventilor and even without seeking permission of family attendant(husband).
He should have seen the age overall poor health of patient and already weak lungs.
His experiment has made my mom suffer a lot for full month. Treatments demand expediency not experimentation with human lives. I hate hospital and it's staff and rude nurses. All the hate for Dr imran

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A best medical facility of the city. State of the art machines, para medics staff, labs, diagnostics, indoor/ out door 24/7 hrs services to locals as well as pilgrims.
Staff is capable of speaking multilingual languages like native Arabic/ and English with other languages as well.
Rush remain almost round the clock due to local population and visitors coming from world over.
Staff are professional and medicines prescribed are delivered with labeled envelopes, marked with dosage details and type of medicine.
Clinical Tests are conducted speedily and overall service is well appreciated.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a good hospital with mainly friendly staff. When my farther was in ICU and ZI asked to speak to his Dr he gave me the wrong diagnosis, he got mixed up with another patient. If I hadn't known better and queried him further I may have believed that my father had a chronic lung disease! Not too impressed by that.
