★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Only used their services twice. Their service is quite expensive but I’m happy that both my parcels were delivered on time. However, they can do better . The waiting time is quite long because there’s only one personnel attending to all customers. They have five computers but only one operator.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst delivery service. My package in Riyadh warehouse and they can’t find a driver to take deliver it to me or send it to the store! Also I’m not allowed to pick it up from the warehouse! How am I supposed to get my stuff?
And why kind of delivery company that doesn’t have cars!
