Sadly, this is the worst interaction I have ever had with Aramex.
IVR is so messed up, Call centre agents are not knowledgeable of the simplest act of quality or even of their own products.
We have sent a simple document shipment to our client in KSA - 3 weeks ago and up until today, it didnt reach them!!!! not sure which mode of shipment they are using, I believe if they are shipping it on the back of a camel, it should have reached before 3 weeks..... totally unacceptable and they have caused a major issue in the relationship with our clients.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst delivery company.. three times on row now with same issue .. u will receive a message from the driver asking for the location although it is mentioned on the package !!!! Then u will receive a phone call that ur location is out of his territory!!!!! As if it is ur fault
