★ ★ ★ ★ ★ للاسف شحنت معهم عدد من الكراتين وثلاجة، رغم قيامي بجميع اعمال التغليف وفقط عليهم الشحن والتوصيل. أولا الثلاجة وصلت بها خبطات رغم تسليمي لهم الكرتونة الخاصة وبها والفلين للحماية وتاكيدهم انهم بيغلفوها، ولكن محصلش.
في كرتونتين مش وصلوا وبعد مكالمات كتير واصلتني كرتونة وطلعت مش خاصة بي، كما لو انهم بيلفقوا اي شغل وخلاص. تخيل معي كرتونة بها ادوية واغراض ناس، وبكلمهم حد يخدها ويسلمها لصاحبها ومحدش مهتم
للاسف الموظفين مش عندهم لامسئولية ولا اهتمام بامانات الناس

Imagine with me a carton of medicines and people’s things, and someone talks to them who takes it and delivers it to its owner and no one is interested
Unfortunately, the employees do not have responsibility or concern for people's safety

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ هنا التعامل معقول لكن في مصر اسواء من السيئ لا يردون ووصل التمر إلى مصر ناقص ولما تواصلت معهم قال اخذوها اللي يخلصون الجمرك
اتواصل مع الرقم اللي في مصر ولا يرد مع العلم انه يقرأ الرسالة تعامل سييييييئ
بالمختصر تكون على أعصابك لحد ما توصل بضاعتك
فيه شركات ثانية افضل منهم بكثير وبنفس السعر

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ حراميه ونصابين بعت معاهم شحن ملابس واغراض لأهلي سرقوا منها كتير واكلمهم يقولي معلش إياكم وإياكم تعاملوا معاهم عموما انا اشتكيتهم عالم زباله وحراميه لعنة الله عليهم حسبي الله ونعم الوكيل فيهم
