★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went there for the first time and was disappointed with the environment. You have to long distance separation with the only person working there. Only few seats for people waiting to sit and most of them termed as warning not to sit. Above all, when I tried to use the Sanitizer, the bottle was empty! I told the employee that it's empty but he never cared to provide any alternate. And most of all, no temperature check.
Delivery service was good and reached promptly to destination. However, when we are paying 50% more to the next best service provider, we expect some minimum standards to be implemented. Can't say it was a DHL service providing office until you see their name and logo there.

Parking a bit of hassle.
DHL need to improve their pricing in KSA, they are much higher than EU.
