يحتاج لبعض الصيانة مثل الانارة ودورة المياة.
A very good place to stay close to government departments.
It needs some maintenance like lighting and toilet.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ شقق سيئة جدا اصبحت الان .. فهي ليست كما عهدها السابق .. تحتاج لصيانه ونظافه وتغير اضاءة هذا غير ان مدخلها مرمي به بعض الاغراض المكسره والاجهزة العطلانه .. لايوجد مواقف للسيارة كافيه فالمنطقه مزدحمه لا انصح بها .. كانت بالسابق جيدة الان سيئة جدا جدا
Apartments are very bad now .. It is not like the previous era .. Need to maintain and clean and change lighting, but that the entrance is subject to some of the purposes of broken and appliances .. No parking for the cafe, the area is busy I do not recommend it .. The former good now very very bad

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very broken & dirty apartments I've tried two of them & both are very bad & dirty that I found a very smelling trash on one of them. No Mentainance because almost everything is broken & doesn't work. Very dusty & dirty place. If you tried to clean & fix the apartment it's gonna take you about two months and still you're not gonna be able to finish because the landlord doesn't wanna help. I found a type of insects that bite & disturb. I tried to clean but unable to be kill all of them because I find them everywhere. They're all over the place. ?
I swear that I'm very fair & honest about everything.
