Low service, rooms need maintenance, dust all over the room even in the closet it self , insects in the room.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overall, if you'd like an action packed experience, then this is a great place to start, but don't bring anything with you, that you wish to return with (not even underwear, because Nasser stole that too). If you're looking for a peaceful, relaxing and comfortable stay then find another hotel.
I stayed for 7 months on a daily rent (150 SAR per day that was discounted to 130 SAR after 4 months).
The hotel location is perfect. After leaving to another hotel due to my thing getting stolen by their Finance Supervisor Nasser I realised it is overpriced compared to hotels around it (e.g. AlMakan hotel or Mayoon 105 costs 85 SAR per night and rooms are bigger, the location is better and the service is top notch). After paying 30,000 SAR for the duration of my stay (basically I could've bought the room by now), I missed 2 days because I was sick, and as soon as I left the room, they stole all my clothes and belongings and changed the locks, and I haven't been able to get my stuff ever since. Remember the name Nasser the Dog. He is the thief... If he still works there, then trust me, DON'T BOOK!!! HE'S A THIEF! You can't blame him for his upbringing as a dog ? lawsuits will have to be done in order return my things, and turns out they are not a legal Hotel as per the Ministry of Tourism.
Bathrooms in all the rooms need maintenance, but their plumbers are inexperienced and go for a trial and error approach.
Lights in the room are always flickering, even when changed. Again, due to the inexperienced maintenance crew.
Sound travels through the walls like speakers on high volume. You can hear all the rooms and even the reception.
The reception staff are amazing (e.g. Alaa, Marawan and Tarek) but they listen to orders and turn a blind eye when things are stolen.
The remaining staff are kind, helpful, considerate and ethical (e.g. Maamoun, Faisal & Tirikul).
I hope this review can save others from having to go through my experience.
