وقريب منك حلاق وبقاله يعني اللي عنده شغل في وسط الرياض انصحه ياخذها

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ نجمه واحده من اجل التعليق لا غير... لا انصح به بتاتا ..غالي روائح كريهه اضافه على ذلك تعامل سيئ للغايه .. وما تقدر تخش الشقه الا وانت دافع حسابهم كامل مقدما بغض النظر عن وضعك ... تعبان جاي من السفر جاي من مستشفى..جاي من غيره ما يهمه غير جيبه .. راحتك انت في ستين داهيه..
One star for the comment only... I do not recommend it at all.. Expensive bad smells. In addition to that, the treatment is very bad.. You can't fear the apartment unless you pay their full account in advance, regardless of your situation... Tired of traveling, coming from A hospital..everyone else is interested in anything other than his pocket..Your comfort is in your sixties..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ إيوان للوحدات السكنيه ،،، تم منح نجمه واحده لكون المكان يقع بجانب معهد الاداره العامه ولايبعد سوى خمس دقائق مشيا على الاقدام ، ولكن يعيب المكان :-
١- عدم الاهتمام بنظافة الشقق
٢- الاثاث قديم ومستهلك وبالاخص السجاد ، دواليب المطبخ رديئه وغير جيده .
٣- بعض الشقق وخاصة الدور رقم (١) رائحة المجاري تكون مزعجه ولايمكن لقاطن المكان ان تتحمل ذلك .
٤- النت جدا سيئ .
٥- سعر الشقه مقارنه بنظافتها غير عادل .
٦- لاانصح العائلات بالسكن نتيجه لماذكر أعلاه .
Iwan for the residential units ,,, was awarded one star because the place is located next to the Institute of Public Administration and it is only five minutes on foot, but the place is defective: -
1- Lack of attention to the cleanliness of the apartments
2- The furniture is old and worn out, especially the carpets, the kitchen cupboards are poor and not good.
3- Some apartments, especially Floor No. (1), the smell of sewage is annoying, and the inhabitants of the place cannot bear that.
4- The internet is very bad.
5- The apartment's price compared to its cleanliness is unfair.
6- I do not recommend housing for families as a result of the above.

خاصة انك تروح مشي وتريح راسك من البحث عن مواقف وزحمة الطريق

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ تم التقييم بنجمة واحدة فقط وذلك لتعامل الموظف السوداني ورقي اخلاقه، لكن كتجربة مع السكن جداً سيئة باسلوب وتعامل الموظف السعودي والعامل البنقالي تم الحجز لليلتين وفي اليوم الثالث تواصل الموظف ويستفسر عن المغادرة او التمديد واخبرته برغبتي بالتمديد لثلاثة ايام اخرى واخبرته انني ارغب بالنوم وعند النزول ادفع المتبقي لكم ، واتفاجئ عند الساعة الخامسه بالطرق والازعاج والاتصال على الجوال وكذلك على باب الشقة هل هذا تهامل يليق بمنشئة سكنيه، وعند النزول للاستقبال طلبت منهم رقم صاحب المنشأة ورفضوا اعطائي اياااه لكن بشكل عام السكن كموقع ونظافه جيد لكن يسيء له اسلوب التعامل مع النزلاء

Is this neglect appropriate for a residential facility, and when I went to the reception I asked them for the number of the owner of the facility and they refused to give it to me, but in general housing is a location and its cleanliness is good, but the way of dealing with guests offends him
